The current site

This site introduces Stormchart and links to its YouTube channel. It does not currently offer accounts, a community forum, uploads, checkout or a mailing-list form. Visiting YouTube opens a separate service governed by its own privacy practices; its player is not embedded here.

Information used to deliver the site

Our hosting and security services receive technical request information, which can include an IP address, browser details, requested page, referring address and time. We use this information to deliver pages, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. If you email support, we receive your address and the contents of your message so we can respond.

Optional analytics and device storage

First-party page-view analytics on the homepage run only after you accept optional cookies. The request contains the approved page path and site name, not query strings, referrers, form values or a custom user ID. The analytics service receives your connection IP and browser information to derive a daily changing identifier. Advertising and session replay are disabled.

A necessary cookie and matching localStorage record remember your choice for 180 days. You may reject optional analytics, continue without choosing, or reopen Cookie settings and withdraw. Global Privacy Control overrides acceptance. We do not treat the older Do Not Track signal as a separate consent choice. See the Cookie Policy for storage names and controls.

Recipients and retention

Information is processed by services used for hosting, security, email support and, if you accept, our first-party analytics collector at analytics.kestervale.com. We do not sell this site's personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse.

Routine web access and error logs rotate daily, with 14 archived log files retained. Support correspondence and records preserved for a specific security or legal matter are kept as needed to resolve that matter and meet applicable obligations. Our first-party collector has no automatic expiration for ordinary page-view events; these records remain until manually deleted. Withdrawing consent stops future requests but does not erase information already received. You can contact support to request review of retained information; because these events contain no name or email address, we may be unable to associate a historical event with you. Your saved device preference is no longer valid after 180 days and can be cleared in your browser.

Your choices and requests

You can use the holding site without accepting analytics. Email support@kestervale.com to ask about information you supplied or request access, correction or deletion. We will handle requests under applicable law, explain any limits and request only the information needed to locate the record and verify a request when appropriate. Please do not send identity documents, passwords or sensitive information in your first email.

Children and future features

This holding page has no account registration or facility for children to submit content. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to us can contact support. Before adding community, account or shop features, we will review their audience, data collection and any additional notices or parental-consent requirements. A cookie choice is not a substitute for parental consent where the law requires it.

Policy changes

Changes appear on this page with a revised date. A material change to optional data collection will be explained before it starts, and a new choice will be requested where needed.
